There aren't many track promoters in the country that would have put on a show with conditions like this just an hour before race time, but Royal Jones at El Paso Speedway Park did. The weather cleared, the track was rolled in and four classes ran all heats and main events ... and there were fans in the stands too (could have been because they were giving away a 40-inch flat panel television for Father's Day).
